How do I cancel a subscription that is billed through my PayPal account?

On a computer or mobile browser:

  1. Log In: Go to the website or portal where you have yourĀ subscription and log into your account.
  2. Access Settings: Once logged in, locate your profile icon or menu, at the top right corner. Click it, and a dropdown menu should appear.
  3. Go to Settings: In the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
  4. Cancel Subscription: You should see an option to cancel or manage the subscription. Select itĀ and follow any prompts to confirm the cancellation.
  5. Manage Subscription: Look for a section related to subscriptions, plans, or billing. Click on it to see details about your active subscriptions.
  6. Confirmation: After canceling, you might receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your email to ensure the cancellation was successful.

In the PayPal app:

  1. Open your settings by clicking the wheel at the top of the app.
  2. Select "Automatic Payments".
  3. Select the subscription you would like to cancel from the list of payments.
  4. Select "Remove PayPal as your payment method" at the bottom of the page - you can also choose from various contact methods if you would rather contact the subscription biller directly.
  5. Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Remove".
