How do I cancel a subscription that is billed through my PayPal account?

On a computer or mobile browser:
- Log In: Go to the website or portal where you have yourĀ subscription and log into your account.
- Access Settings: Once logged in, locate your profile icon or menu, at the top right corner. Click it, and a dropdown menu should appear.
- Go to Settings: In the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
- Cancel Subscription: You should see an option to cancel or manage the subscription. Select itĀ and follow any prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- Manage Subscription: Look for a section related to subscriptions, plans, or billing. Click on it to see details about your active subscriptions.
- Confirmation: After canceling, you might receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your email to ensure the cancellation was successful.
In the PayPal app:
- Open your settings by clicking the wheel at the top of the app.
- Select "Automatic Payments".
- Select the subscription you would like to cancel from the list of payments.
- Select "Remove PayPal as your payment method" at the bottom of the page - you can also choose from various contact methods if you would rather contact the subscription biller directly.
- Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Remove".
